Another fantastic event put on by James Harrison and his amazing group of volunteers. We thank them along with the American Legion, Post 148, in taking on this event again this year. This years event was in honor of GySgt David Spicer, USMC EOD Techncian who was killed in action July 13, 2009. Dave spearheaded the first Battle at the Beach, without his inquiry about the foundation, the Battle at the Beach would have never happened. It was HOT, but those who had some shade and cold beverage hung out with us and enjoyed the music, great food and occasional breeze! Thank you for your continued support!
