5th Annual Polar Bear Plunge!
It's that time again!!! Our 5th Annual Polar Bear Plunge!!! Our theme this year is "THRILL OF THE CHILL!!!" Please see the flyers and participant documents below. Contact me with any questions and we look forward to seeing you there! Thank you for your continued support and generosity.

Registration and Check in 9am - Please register by mail early so that insures you receive a t-shirt and also $25.00 by January 23rd and $50.00 after. Early birds encouraged!!! All early registrants will receive a t-shirt. Collect your sponsorship donations and have them ready to turn in on event day. Corporate sponsorships - $250.00 - will get logo on back of shirt and deadline for this is January 30. Itinerary will be sent to particpants the day before the event.

Bluewater Bay Duathlon , Florida
The Emerald Coast Triathlon Club is hosting a Duathlon event on Saturday, February 25, 2012. The event will take place at LJ Schooners and proceeds will be split between the Wounded EOD Warrior Foundation and EOD Memorial Foundation.

Beautiful weather in February is a sure bet and what better way to spend a Saturday than participating in a 2 mile run, 11 mile bike and 5K run! Individuals or relay teams of 2 to 3 will complete all three legs of this multisport event.
