Mr. Falke is a 21-year combat veteran of the U.S. Navy. Ken is highly respected around the world and throughout the military and civilian Bomb Disposal and Explosive Ordnance Disposal communities as an innovative and forward thinking leader in Anti/Counter terrorism business. Ken is the founder, CEO and President of A-T Solutions and also the founder and Chairman of the Wounded EOD Warrior Foundation. |

President - Sherri Beck
Mrs. Sherri Beck was appointed President of the Wounded EOD Warrior Foundation in July 2007. She has 18 years of experience as an EOD wife and is a mother of two. She has been privileged to serve with her husband at multiple duty stations. While stationed in Guam she served as the command OMBUDSMAN. Sherri is also a registered Medical Record Coder, and has earned her AA degree from the University of Phoenix. Her sincere concern for others and understanding of the challenges presented to military families is a true asset to the foundation. |

Co-Founder - Jeff Simons
Mr. Jeff Simons has over 26 years of combat experience in EOD operations and training, underwater mine countermeasures, Improvised Explosive Device (IED) defeat tactics and technology, and in maritime anti-terrorism and force protection. As the SVP for C-IED Operations, he directs the instructor and logistical support program for EODTEU ONE, and designed and delivered IED training (Joint Asymmetrical Threat Awareness and Counter-IED training program) to the Joint IED Defeat Organization. Jeff is a Co-Founder of the Wounded EOD Warrior Foundation. |

Secretary - Julia Falke
Mrs. Julia Falke is the wife of Ken Falke and in their 25 years of marriage, Julia spent 19 years as an active duty Navy wife and truly grew to understand the hardships of separation associated with the military lifestyle. Julia has previously worked as a travel agent, and real estate manager. She is the mother of two and is currently the Secretary of the Wounded EOD Warrior Foundation. Julia provides instrumental assistance in all aspects of the Foundation to include helping organize events and assisting with fundraisers. |

Treasurer - Heather Maday
Mrs. Heather Maday brings over ten years of accounting and bookkeeping experience to the Wounded EOD Warrior Foundation. She enjoys being a mother of 2 and has many outside interests that involve helping our local community. Heather is an active member in her church, and assists at the Homeless Shelter. Her favorite hobby is scrapbooking. In addition, Heather has a talent for event coordination, and attention to detail. We are pleased to have her as a member of our board. |
